Our management is here to help! Management team members are onsite Monday-Saturday ready to assist.
We have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist Monday-Friday and on-call 24/7 for emergencies. Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.
Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Saugus! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.
To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card.
Our Renter's Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party.Â
Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of our charming Saugus apartments, we suggest you schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.
When signing the lease you will pay the prorated rent and any additional deposits and rentable items prorated as well. Call our leasing team to discuss the up-front costs in further depth!
